NOTICE OF MEETING OF
KNOX COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Notice is given that the Knox County Board of Commissioners will conduct its regular meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday May 6, 2020 in the Knox County Commissioners Room located on the first floor of the Knox County Courthouse, 111 N 7th Street, Vincennes, Indiana for the purposes, among other things, of conducting all business permitted by law. The public is invited to attend. The Knox County Board of Commissioners may impose reasonable restrictions on the number of attendees to control audience density in consideration of the existing COVID-19 national emergency with preference given to media and public over County employees or personnel who are not addressing the governing body. The meeting will be held on Facebook live through the Knox County Facebook page to provide the public and media access via remote viewing.
NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE INTERLOCAL COOPERATION
BOARD FOR THE PANTHEON THEATER BUILDING PROJECT
Notice is given that the Vincennes Common Council, Vincennes Board of Works and Public Safety, Knox County Board of Commissioners and Knox County Council having entered into a an interlocal cooperation agreement regarding the Pantheon Theater Building Project created a five-member Board to govern the Pantheon project. The Pantheon Board will conduct its regular monthly meeting at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6, 2020. No governing body members will attend in person, but will instead attend remotely. The media and public are invited to attend by remote access.
The Board is utilizing Zoom as the technology medium for remote viewing. Instructions for accessing the meeting can be found at https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362193-Joining-a-Meeting. Before joining a Zoom meeting on a computer or mobile device, you must download the Zoom app. You can download the Zoom app prior to the meeting as well as join a test meeting to familiarize yourself with Zoom, otherwise you will be prompted to download and install Zoom when you click a join link.
