The Knox County Drainage Board is composed of one (1) county Commissioner and four (4) resident freeholders of Knox County. All members are selected and appointed by the Commissioner’s with three (3) year staggered terms. The Knox County Surveyor serves and an ex officio non-voting member of the Drainage Board.
